西藏与祖国内地之间的体育文化交往交流交融

Analysis on the Exchange and Integration of Sports Culture between Tibet and Inland China

体育是促进各族人民交往交流交融的重要载体,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识有不可替代的作用。文章以汉藏文献资料为基础,运用田野考查法、二重证据法、逻辑分析法等对西藏与祖国内地体育交往交流交融的历史进行了初步探讨。认为西藏与祖国内地之间体育交往交流历史悠久,唐蕃体育交流是双向交往交流交融的典范,历代中央政府把汉藏体育交流纳入治藏策略;西藏与祖国内地体育交往交流交融一直是各民族交流中的重要组成部分,互鉴融通是其交流的魅力所在;西藏和平解放以后,特别是党的十八大以来,党的体育援藏政策有力促进了各民族体育交往交流交融。深入研究西藏与祖国内地之间的体育交往交流交融史,对引导各族群众坚定文化自信自强,积极投入铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要作用。

Sports are an important carrier for promoting communication,exchange,and integration among people of all ethnic groups,and play an irreplaceable role in strengthening the sense of community for the Chinese na⁃tion.Based on the Chinese and Tibetan literature,a preliminary study has been done on the history of the ex⁃change and integration of sports in Tibet and inland China by applying the method of field research,dual evi⁃dence,and logical analysis.It is believed that:1.the sports exchanges between Tibet and inland China have a long history,and the sports exchange between the Tang and the Tubo(the ancient Tibet)can be a model of two way exchange and integration.Throughout history,central governments have incorporated Han's-Tibetan cultur⁃al and sports exchange into their strategies of governing Tibet;2.The exchange and integration of sports culture between Tibet and inland China has always been an important component of ethnic exchanges,and mutual learn⁃ing and integration are the charm of their exchanges;3.After the peaceful liberation of Tibet,especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party's Aid-Tibet policy in sports has effectively promoted the exchange and integration of the sports of various ethnic groups;4.An in-depth study of the history of sports exchange and integration between Tibet and inland China plays an important role in guiding the people of all ethnic groups to strengthen their cultural confidence and self-improvement,and actively invest in forging a strong sense of community of Chinese nation.
