立足边疆:西藏媒体融合在地化思考

Media Convergence in Tibet over the Past Decade:A Border-based Perspective on Localized Thoughts

中国媒体融合战略实施至今已历经十年。西藏作为边疆地区,新闻传播事业一直落后于全国。然而,媒体融合国家战略的实施使西藏新闻传播事业与其他省份一同站在了新的跑线上。十年来,西藏新闻媒体积极运用新技术赋能内容创新,多元立体的传播体系逐渐成熟。回顾过去、展望未来,如何引领西藏媒体融合纵深发展是亟待思考的问题。基于边疆西藏与内地大部地区之间的社会发展和媒体融合逻辑的差异,用在地化的视角研究西藏媒体融合十年来在体系结构建设和内容生产建设方面的实践,有利于客观认识西藏当下的信息传播现状,也为深化西藏媒体融合指明具有西藏特色的发展方向。同时,西藏媒体融合实践也为中国媒体融合深度探索提供了新的人文视角。

China's media convergence strategy has been effectively practiced in the past decade.Being a border re⁃gion,Tibet has consistently exhibited a lag in the domain of journalism and communication compared to the rest of the nation.However,the implementation of the national media convergence strategy has propelled the journal⁃ism and communication of Tibet to a new starting point,aligning it with other provinces.Over the past decade,Ti⁃bet's news media have actively utilized emerging technologies to foster content innovation,resulting in the gradu⁃al maturation of a diversified and multidimensional communication system.Reviewing the past and looking for⁃ward to the future,how to lead the in-depth development of media convergence in Tibet is an urgent issue to be considered.From the perspective of localization,the practice of Tibet's media convergence in the past decade has contributed to a comprehensive understanding of information dissemination in Tibet by objectively examin⁃ing system structure and content production,while also indicating a development direction for deepening media convergence in Tibet that aligns with Tibetan characteristics.
