中药注射液辅助治疗非小细胞肺癌的研究进展

Research progress of Chinese medicine injection in adjuvant treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)是一种临床常见的恶性肿瘤,许多患者一经确诊已是中晚期,失去手术治疗的机会。现代医学常采用放化疗、靶向药物以及免疫检查点抑制剂等综合治疗手段,但均存在程度不一的不良反应,使患者的耐受性降低,且其5年生存率仍偏低。近年来,中西医结合治疗中晚期NSCLC具有明显优势,其中中药注射液在NSCLC的辅助治疗中起到显著减轻不良反应的作用。现就中药注射液在NSCLC辅助治疗中的研究和应用现状作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考,亦为开发中药新制剂提供思路。

Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is a common malignant tumor in clinical practice,many patients have developed to the middle and late stages once diagnosed,and have lost the opportunity of surgical treatment.Modern medicine often uses chemoradiotherapy,targeted drugs,immune checkpoint inhibitors and other comprehensive treatment methods,but there are different degrees of adverse reactions,so that the tolerance of patients is reduced,and the 5-year survival rate of patients is still low.In recent years,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of middle and advanced NSCLC,in which TCM injection plays a significant role in reducing adverse reactions in the adjuvant treatment of NSCLC.This article reviewed the research and application status of TCM injection in the adjuvant treatment of NSCLC,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and provide ideas for the development of new preparations of TCM.
