摘要
为了探究血浆乳酸的动态变化在母犬绝育术预后评估中的意义,本试验选择了12只母犬进行绝育术,手术前18 h检测1次血常规、血液生化、血气和C反应蛋白(CRP),术后6 h再次检测,之后每24 h检测1次,直至手术后102 h;手术前18 h至手术后102 h,每隔6 h检测1次血浆乳酸浓度,并计算手术后6、12、24和48 h的乳酸清除率。结果显示:12只母犬手术前各血液学检查指标(血常规、血液生化、血气、CRP和乳酸浓度)均在正常范围内,手术后均出现血浆乳酸浓度升高,其中8只母犬术后恢复良好,血浆乳酸浓度很快恢复至正常水平;4只母犬出现了较严重的炎症和酸中毒,与前面8只母犬相比,血浆乳酸浓度上升幅度大,持续时间久,乳酸清除率低,预后恢复所需时间长。结果表明,绝育术后母犬的血浆乳酸浓度越高,持续时间越久,生理状态越差,预后恢复所需时间更长。综合分析血浆乳酸指标能较好地监测母犬绝育术后身体的生理状态,对预后评估具有较好的实际指导意义。
To investigate the significance of dynamic changes in plasma lactic acid in the prognostic evaluation of sterilization in female dogs,this study selected 12 female dogs for sterilization.Blood routine,blood biochemistry,blood gas,and C-reactive protein(CRP) were tested once 18 hours before surgery,6 hours post-surgery,and every 24 hours thereafter until 102 hours post-surgery.Plasma lactic acid concentrations were measured every 6 hours from 18 hours pre-surgery to 102 hours post-surgery,and lactic acid clearance rates at 6,12,24,and 48 hours post-surgery were calculated.The results showed that all hematological indicators(blood routine,blood biochemistry,blood gas,CRP,and lactic acid concentration) were within normal ranges before surgery.Post-surgery,plasma lactic acid concentrations increased in all dogs;8 dogs recovered well with plasma lactic acid concentrations quickly returning to normal.However,4 dogs exhibited severe inflammation and acidosis,with higher and prolonged increases in plasma lactic acid and lower lactic acid clearance rates,resulting in longer recovery times.The study concluded that higher and prolonged plasma lactic acid concentrations post-surgery indicate poorer physiological states and longer recovery times.Therefore,comprehensive analysis of plasma lactic acid levels can effectively monitor the physiological status of female dogs post-spaying and is valuable for prognostic evaluation.
