摘要
为提高生产线的工作效率和质量,提出一种自动化装箱线数字孪生模型。按照物理装箱及其工艺流程、虚拟装箱线3维模型构建、孪生数据的顺序,对装箱线数字孪生所需要的具体模型,以及孪生数据采集位置和内容、对物理装箱线数据的采集与传输方式、数据向虚拟装箱线模型发送与解析等方式进行详细描述,并对数字孪生模型在实际装箱线中的应用成效进行总结分析。该方法能实现对实体装箱线生产过程的实时监控和检测,并根据检测结果对现有的装箱线进行修正与优化。
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the production line,a virtual twin model of automatic packing line was proposed.According to the sequence of physical packing and its process flow,3D model construction of virtual packing line and twin data,the specific model needed by the digital twin of the packing line was designed.As well as the location and content of the twin data acquisition,the way of data acquisition and transmission of the physical packing line,the way of data transmission and analysis to the virtual packing line model,and so on,and the application effect of the digital twin model in the actual packing line is summarized and analyzed.The method can realize the real-time monitoring and detection of the production process of the solid packing line,and modify and optimize the existing packing line according to the detection results.
