摘要
为了更好地满足生态文明建设需要,实现陕西省耕地数量、质量和生态“三位一体”保护,本文以耕地资源质量分类结果为基础,从自然地理格局、地形条件、土壤条件、生态环境条件、作物熟制和耕地利用现状6个层面选取10个指标对陕西省耕地资源质量分类成果进行分析,为陕西省耕地保护提供数据支持。结果表明,陕西省耕作条件整体较优,但强碱性土壤占比较大,生物多样性整体一般,需对不同质量特性的土地实施差别化管控;陕西省耕地保护与利用主要方向是绿色发展,发展目标是提高耕地质量,因此,应构建智慧耕地管理平台,实现基于信息化、智能化管理与服务的新型耕地保护管理模式。
In order to meet the needs of ecological civilization construction and realize the quantity,quality and ecological protection of cultivated land in Shaanxi province,the quality classification of cultivated land resources in the Province is analyzed in this paper from six levels of ten indexes including natural geographical pattern,terrain conditions,soil conditions,ecological environment conditions,crop ripening and cultivated land utilization status,so as to provide support for cultivated land protection in the mentioned Province.The results showed that the overall cultivation conditions in Shaanxi Province are relatively good,but the proportion of strong alkaline soil is relatively large,and the biodiversity is on average.Land with different quality characteristics should be controlled differently.The main direction of cultivated land protection and utilization in Shaanxi Province is green development and the development goal is to improve the quality of cultivated land.Therefore,a smart farmland management platform should be built to realize a new cultivated land protection and management model based on information and intelligent management and services.
