48 m^(3)氯乙烯微悬浮聚合釜传热性能测试与评价

摘要 通过对48 m^(3)氯乙烯微悬浮法新釜F和旧釜A两种不同时期的聚合釜进行冷模和热模的测试及研究对比,并分析其主要影响因素,提出增强聚合釜传热能力的措施,为优化引发剂的配方、提高聚合效率,进一步提高聚合釜生产能力提供帮助。 Through the comparison of the cold and hot models of 48 m^(3) vinyl chloride micro-suspension polymerization reactors F and A,the main factors affecting the heat transfer performance are analyzed,and the measures to improve the heat transfer performance of the polymerization reactors are put forward,which provides a basis and a basis for optimizing the formula of polymerization initiator,shortening the polymerization time and improving the production capacity of the polymerization reactors.
