摘要
运用多种色谱分离方法对五角栝楼(Trichosanthes quinquangulata)茎叶进行化学成分研究,首次对五角栝楼的化学成分进行研究报道,共分离鉴定了10个化合物,其中化合物4目前尚未见含有其核磁数据的文献,本文首次全面地发表它的氢碳核磁数据,为后人进一步研究该化合物提供了基础,具有一定的学术价值。
Ten compounds were isolated from the stems and leaves of Trichosanthes quinquangulata by various separation methods.This article is the first research report on the chemical constituents of T.quinquangulata.Compound 4 has not yet been reported with its NMR data,and its NMR data were published for the first time,which provides a basis for further study of this compound and has certain academic value.
