摘要
研究了高效液相色谱(HPLC)与固相萃取(SPE)相结合测定不同土壤中磺胺类抗生素(SAs)的分析方法,检测出关中地区不同类型土壤中3种磺胺类抗生素的含量,为进一步研究土壤中磺胺类药物的污染特性提供依据。土样采用V(甲醇):V(缓冲液)=1:1比例进行抗生素的提取;以HLB固相萃取柱净化富集;采用高效液相色谱,以乙腈和0.01 mol/L H_(3)PH_(4)作为流动相,于270 nm波长处对土样进行检测。检测结果表明,不同类型土壤中磺胺类抗生素的总含量在2.75~61.75μg/kg之间。因此,该方法能精确检测出环境中抗生素的含量。
The analysis method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and solid phase extraction(SPE)was studied to determine the content of three sulfonamides(SAs)in different soil types in Guanzhong area,which provided a basis for further research on the pollution characteristics of sulfonamides in soil.The soil sample was extracted with V(methanol):V(mcllvain buffer containing EDTA)=1:1 solution.HLB solid phase extraction column was used for purification and enrichment.The samples were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with acetonitrile and 0.01 mol/L H_(3)PH_(4) as mobile phase at 270 nm.The results showed that the total content of sulfonamides in different types of soil ranged from 2.75~61.75μg/kg.Therefore,the method can accurately detect the amount of antibiotics in the environment.
