乙腈法丁二烯装置长周期运行中的精馏操作探析

Analysis on the Rectifi cation Operation of Acetonitrile Butadiene Plant in Long Cycle Operation

在乙腈法丁二烯装置长周期运行过程中,一旦系统出现问题,就会影响丁二烯的生产质量,甚至导致产品质量的不合格。相关生产企业通过精细化的操作流程和质量管控措施,可以有效控制溶剂水含量、杂质含量等因素。本文对萃取精馏塔的塔内件设计、系统改造、操作流程等进行了分析,对相关操作规范进行了说明,并提出溶剂质量的管控措施,如乙腈溶剂中水含量应控制在5.5%左右,要将亚硝酸钠从蒸汽冷凝箱中抽出1%~3%等,以供参考。

In the long cycle operation process of acetonitrile butadiene plant,once the system has problems,it will affect the production quality of butadiene,and even lead to unqualified product quality.The relevant production enterprises can effectively control the solvent water content,impurity content and other factors through the refined operation process and quality control measures.In this paper,the inner design,system transformation and operation process of extractive distillation tower are analyzed,the relevant operation specifications are explained,and the control measures of solvent quality are put forward,such as the water content in acetonitrile solvent should be controlled at about 5.5%,and the sodium nitrite should be extracted from the steam condensing tank 1%~3%.
