煤矿掘进工作面产尘机理及粉尘防治方法

摘要 煤矿掘进工作面产尘量占比大,如何有效防治粉尘,降低煤矿掘进工作面粉尘质量浓度,提高掘进工作面作业环境是首要任务。目前掘进工作面粉尘防治常用技术主要有通风除尘,减少和抑制尘源产生,喷雾降尘、化学除尘、空气幕隔尘等。通风除尘能有效降低掘进面粉尘质量浓度,有效阻止了掘进粉尘污染巷道后方环境。本文阐述了煤矿掘进面粉尘的扩散原理、产尘方式和产尘地点及对从业人员产生的危害。详细阐述了现有掘进面粉尘防治方法,并对企业安全经济效益进行了分析,目的在于为煤矿掘进工作面的粉尘防治工作提供借鉴和参考。 The proportion of dust production in coal mine excavation faces is high.The primary task is to effectively prevent and control dust,reduce the concentration of dust in coal mine excavation work flour,and improve the working environment of the excavation face.At present,the common technologies for dust prevention and control of tunneling work flour mainly include ventilation and dust removal,reducing and inhibiting the generation of dust sources,spray dust reduction,chemical dust removal,air curtain dust separation,etc.Based on this,this article elaborates on the diffusion principle,dust production methods,and dust production locations of coal mine excavation face dust,as well as the hazards to practitioners.It analyzes the existing methods of dust prevention and control for excavation face dust,and analyzes the safety and economic benefits of enterprises,in order to provide reference and guidance for dust prevention and control work in coal mine excavation face.
