基于VOSviewer与CiteSpace的工程总承包管理研究可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Project General Contracting Management Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

为能够更好梳理我国工程总承包管理领域的发展脉络,助力工程总承包管理科学系统化发展,本文以1992—2023年中国知网(CNKI)刊载的809篇工程总承包管理领域的相关文献为研究对象,综合运用VOSviewer与CiteSpace,分别从发文数量、期刊分布、核心作者、发文机构、关键词、突现词进行可视化分析。结果表明,我国工程总承包管理研究呈总体上升态势,形成若干研究小团体;《建筑经济》《国际经济合作》和《施工技术》是发文重要刊物;研究热点主要集中于管理模式、项目管理、国际工程、BIM技术等方面,影响因素、风景园林为研究前沿;最后对工程总承包管理的发展给出针对性建议。

In order to better organize the development context of the general contracting management field in China,and help the systematic development of project general contracting management,based on 809 articles published in CNKI from 1992 to 2023,this paper uses VOSviewer and CiteSpace to visually analyze the number of articles published,journal distribution,core authors,publishing institutions,keywords,and breakout words.The results show that the research of general contract management in China is on the rise,and several research groups are formed."Construction Economics""Journal of International Economic Cooperation"and"Construction Technology"are important publications.The research mainly focuses on management mode,project management,international engineering,BIM technology,etc.,and the influencing factors and landscape architecture are the research frontiers.Finally,the paper gives specific suggestions on the development of project general contracting management.
