上覆中厚土层泥岩持力层高层建筑基础选型与优化

摘要 设计过程中需要充分考虑其上覆中厚土层泥岩特性,本文通过以百色地区某工程实例,探讨上覆中厚土层泥岩持力层高层建筑基础选型,结合本工程地质和工程特点,针对原有设计思路,提出优化方案。对本工程部分楼栋优化采用天然基础;以及对其它楼栋原设计的桩基础,根据静荷载试验桩的结果,优化桩的直径与入岩深度,提高单桩承载力,从而进一步降低工程桩的数量。并在施工组织难度、工期、成本等控制上取得了较好的效果,对后续类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。 In the design process,the characteristics of mudstone in medium and thick soil layer overlying should be fully considered.In this paper,a project in Baise area is taken as an example to discuss the foundation selection of high-rise building with mudstone holding layer in medium and thick soil layer overlying.In combination with the engineering geology and engineering characteristics,an optimization scheme is proposed according to the original design ideas.Part of the project building optimization uses natural foundation.And for the pile foundation of other buildings originally designed,according to the results of static load test pile,the diameter and depth of pile into rock are optimized,and the bearing capacity of single pile is improved,so as to further reduce the number of engineering piles.And the control of construction organization difficulty,time limit,cost and other good results have been achieved,which has certain reference significance for the subsequent similar projects.
