摘要
为解决沥青路面裂缝等病害,提升路面抗裂、抗渗性能,延长使用年限,文中以G75兰海高速武罐段为例,提出纤维增强封层设计方案,并分析了封层工艺流程及施工要点,从渗水系数、构造深度、平整度方面评价纤维增强封层养护质量。结果表明:路面铺筑纤维增强封层的渗水系数、构造深度等指标均满足规范要求,可供相关人员借鉴参考。
In order to solve diseases such as asphalt pavement cracks,improve the crack resistance and impermeability performance of the pavement,and extend its service life,this article takes the Wucan section of G75 Lanhai Expressway as an example to propose a fiber reinforced sealing layer design scheme,and analyzes the sealing process and construction points.The maintenance quality of the fiber reinforced sealing layer is evaluated from the aspects of permeability coefficient,construction depth,and smoothness.The results show that the permeability coefficient,structural depth,and other indicators of the road surface after fiber reinforced sealing meet the requirements of the specifications,which can be used as a reference for relevant personnel.
