一种基于窄带物联网的燃气检测系统

摘要 传统的天然气检测装置灵敏度低、报警不及时,存在着安全隐患。物联网技术的不断发展也在推动天然气检测装置的更新。为解决目前的漏气、报警缺陷等问题,设计了基于窄带物联网的天然气检测系统。利用文献研究法调研、总结目前的天然气检测原理和物联网技术,结合硬件设计和软件编程设计该系统,用实证法验证系统的可行性。以气体传感器、单片机、声光报警器组成天然气泄漏测量模块,与窄带物联网模块构成硬件部分,结合数据采集和阀门控制、报警处理等程序,实现远程查看、控制家用天然气检测。经实验证明,基于窄带物联网的系统能实现天然气漏气检测,并将数据传送到物联网平台。此系统突破了传统天然气检测装置的不足,提高了安全性和灵敏度,为物联网技术的发展提供了新的思路。 Traditional natural gas detection devices have low sensitivity,untimely alarms,and pose safety hazards.The continuous development of Internet of Things technology is also driving the updating of natural gas detection devices.To address current issues such as gas leakage and alarm defects,a natural gas detection system based on narrowband IoT has been designed,using literature research method to investigate and summarize the current principles of natural gas detection and Internet of Things technology,combining hardware design and software programming to design the system,and using empirical methods to verify the feasibility of the system.A natural gas leakage measurement module is composed of gas sensors,microcontrollers,and sound and light alarms.It is combined with a narrowband Internet of Things module to form the hardware part,and combined with data acquisition,valve control,alarm processing and other programs to achieve remote viewing and control of household natural gas detection.Experimental results have shown that systems based on narrowband IoT can achieve natural gas leak detection and transmit data to IoT platforms.This system breaks through the shortcomings of traditional natural gas detection devices,improves safety and sensitivity,and provides new ideas for the development of Internet of Things technology.
