黄河流域新型城镇化与碳排放水平的时空耦合研究

摘要 坚持人与自然和谐共生是实现中国式现代化的基础方略之一。本文以黄河流域九省为例,探讨了新型城镇化和碳排放水平之间的耦合机制。研究发现:黄河流域省区的新型城镇化和碳排放水平的耦合程度总体呈下降态势,耦合程度偏低;协调度整体呈上升态势,但协调性水平有待提高;相对发展度出现较大幅度增加;耦合程度总体呈现从上游到中下游逐步加强的空间格局。因此,建设高质量的新型城镇,控制碳排放,才能保障新型城镇化与碳排放协调发展。 Adhering to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature is one of the basic strategies to realize Chinese path to modernization.This article takes nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin as an example to explore the coupling mechanism between new urbanization and carbon emission levels.Research has found that the overall degree of coupling between new urbanization and carbon emissions levels in the provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin is decreasing,with a relatively low degree of coupling.The overall coordination is on the rise,but the level of coordination needs to be improved.The relative development degree has increased significantly.The overall degree of coupling shows a spatial pattern of gradually strengthening from upstream to middle and downstream.Therefore,building high-quality new towns and controlling carbon emissions are necessary to ensure the coordinated development of new urbanization and carbon emissions.
