海绵城市理念下缓解城市内涝的发展研究

Development Research on Alleviating Urban Waterlogging under the Concept of Sponge City

近年来,城市化进程的加速与气候变化的影响导致极端气候事件频发,城市内涝问题日益突出。防范和解决城市内涝问题已成为当前城市规划和工程建设领域亟待解决的重大课题。海绵城市以创新的理念、庞大的实施计划以及在改善水质和控制洪水等方面显著的表现而受到关注。本研究详细概述了海绵城市理念的发展历程,并在典型案例的视角下探索海绵城市在缓解城市内涝方面的建设发展,可为城市内涝灾害的控制提供借鉴。

In recent years,the acceleration of urbanization and the impact of climate change have led to frequent extreme weather events,and the problem of urban waterlogging has become increasingly prominent.Preventing and solving urban waterlogging problems has become a major issue which urgently needs to be addressed in the field of urban planning and engineering construction.Sponge cities have attracted attention for their innovative concepts,extensive implementation plans,and significant performance in improving water quality and controlling floods.This study provides a detailed overview of the development process of the sponge city concept and explores the construction and development of sponge cities in alleviating urban waterlogging from the perspective of typical cases,which can provide reference for the control of urban waterlogging disasters.
