摘要
劳动教育不仅是培养学生劳动知识和技能的重要途径,更是学生全面发展的重要保障。文章从理论基石、现实考量和实践路径三重维度深入探讨数字时代高职院校劳动教育的内涵。在数字时代,高职院校劳动教育面临劳动价值偏离、数字技术应用遇阻和评价机制不完善等现实困境。为推动劳动教育的数字化发展,高职院校需要建设数字时代劳动教育的课程体系、培养以劳育人的劳动价值导向、构建多元化的劳动教育评价体系,以推进劳动教育的创新变革。
Labor education is not only an important way to cultivate students'labor knowledge and skills,but also an important guarantee for students'all-round development.This article deeply explores the connotation of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the digital era from three dimensions of theoretical cornerstone,realistic consideration and practical path.In the digital era,labor education in higher vocational colleges is facing realistic dilemmas such as deviation of labor value,obstruction of digital technology application and imperfect evaluation mechanism.In order to promote the digital development of labor education,higher vocational colleges need to build the curriculum system of labor education in the digital era,cultivate the labor value orientation of labor education and build a diversified labor education evaluation system to promote the innovation and reform of labor education.
