摘要
汽车试验基地用能复杂,包括冷冻水、冷却水、纯水、正式电、光伏发电、压缩空气、天然气等种类繁多的能源,在设计阶段及建设中应充分考虑能源的智能化应用,不仅是工艺水系统、智能照明、电力监控、光伏发电等相对独立的能源系统,还包括所有能源信息的智慧能源系统。基于工艺需求及场地条件,拟定智慧能源建设方案,实现节能降耗、新能源利用、能源效率提升、用能安全性提升等目标,达成多项技术创新。
The complexity ofenergy consumption in automotive test bases is high,including a widerange of energy sources such as chilled water,cooling water,pure water,formal electricity,photovoltaic power generation,compressed air,natural gas,etc.In the design and construction stage,fullconsideration shouldbe given tothe intelligent application of energy,not only for relatively independent energy sys tems such as process water systems,intelligent lighting,power monitoring,photovoltaic power generation,but also for smart energy systems that include all energy information.Based on process requirements and site conditions,it proposes a smart energy construction plan to achieve goals such as energy conservation and consumption reduction,new energy utilization,energy efficiency improvement and energy safety improvement,achieving multiple technological innovations.
