摘要
超龄就业人员工伤权益保障是社会各界关心的问题,其解决思路无外乎法定参保和自愿参保两种途径,但法定参保涉及到现行法律规定的修改和立法程序,是重大的利益调整,无法在短时期内实现。在我国超龄就业人员规模庞大情况下,为了解决其工伤保障现实需求,有必要在地方实践基础上,完善自愿参保政策,推动超龄就业人员参加工伤保险制度。
There are a large number of over-aged workers in China.How to protect and compensate them from work-related injuries is an important issuse nowadays.For this,we can modify our current legal provisions and adopt mandatory insurance or voluntary insurance policies to cover them.However,it takes a long time to make changes in the mandatory insurance law.Some local authorities helped over-aged workers to participate in the industial compensation system through voluntary insurance policies.Therefore,We can promote these voluntary industrial injury insurance policies for over-aged workers to the whole country.
