摘要
作为一种环境友好型生物纳米高分子新材料,细菌纤维素具有高化学纯度、高持水性、高力学强度、生物相容性佳、生物可降解等独特性能,因而在食品、生物医学、包装、水处理及功能纺织等领域具有广泛应用。然而,天然细菌纤维素缺乏抗菌功能元件,在储运及应用过程中很容易受到微生物污染而影响其性能发挥及进一步实际应用,因此制备具有抗菌功能的抗菌细菌纤维素功能材料尤为重要。本综述全面总结了近年来国内外有关抗菌细菌纤维素功能材料的制备方法及应用研究进展,详细介绍了后功能化改性、原位改性、共混再生改性三类制备方法的原理及优缺点,并对抗菌细菌纤维素功能材料在生物医学、包装材料、水处理、功能纺织等领域的应用情况进行了详细探讨,以期通过本综述的总结能为从事抗菌细菌纤维素功能材料的研制及应用相关研究的科技工作者提供有力指导。
As a promising nano-biomaterial,bacterial cellulose has been widely used in the fields of food,biomedical,package,water treatment and textile etc.It has unique properties such as high chemical purity,high water holding capacity,high mechanical strength,good biocompatibility and fully biodegradable etc.However,natural bacterial cellulose lacks antibacterial functional groups,so it is easily contaminated by microbial in the process of storage,transportation and applications,which finally affects its performance and further applications.Thus it is important to prepare bacterial cellulose with antibacterial property.This paper comprehensively reviews the preparation methods and applications of antibacterial bacterial cellulose in recent years.The preparation methods can be divided into three categories,including post-functionalization modification,in situ modification and blending regeneration methods.In this review paper,on the one hand,we describe the mechanism of each preparation methods and compare their advantages and disadvantages in detail.On the other hand,we discuss the applications of antibacterial bacterial cellulose in various fields,including biomedical,packaging,water treatment and functional textiles.We hope this review can provide strong references and new ideas for scientific and technological workers engaged in the research of preparation and applications of antibacterial bacterial cellulose.
