蒸汽发生器上部水平支承(抱环)制造技术研究

摘要 本文通过对蒸汽发生器上部水平支承(抱环)的结构形式、产品功能进行分析,确定了该设备的制造加工重点工序及存在的加工工艺难点,通过多次测量、多组模拟等工艺优化手段,制定了针对性的控制加工措施,最终保证产品质量符合设计要求。本研究为制造行业中焊接组件产品的制造提供技术参考。 Based on the analysis of the structure and product function of the upper horizontal support(holding ring)of the steam gener-ator,this paper determines,the key manufacturing process and existing processing difficulties of the equipment are discussed,and the process optimization is carried out through multiple measurements and multi-group simulation.By means of this method,the targeted control processing measures have been formulated to ensure the product quality to meet design requirements.This technical research is for manufacturing.The manufacture of welding assembly products in the industry provides technical reference.
