摘要
“直流调速系统实验”具有较强工程应用导向的特点,为了使学生能够将理论知识与实际应用相结合,培养实践能力和控制系统设计能力,本文将轧制过程自动控制中的速度控制闭环融入实验教学中,通过分解轧制过程、强化教材内容、建立传递函数和仿真实验等过程,极大拓展了教材内容。本研究具有广泛适用性,可推广至工程应用中的其他速度控制环节,为学生的工程实践和职业发展提供了重要支持。
The experiment of DC speed control system has a strong engineering application orientation.In order to enable students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application,cultivate practical ability and control system design ability,this article in-tegrates the speed control closed-loop in automatic rolling process control into experimental teaching.By decomposing the rolling process,strengthening the content of the textbook,establishing transfer functions,and simulating experiments,the content of the textbook is greatly expanded.This study also has broad applicability and can be extended to other speed control aspects in engineering applica-tions,providing important support for students'engineering practice and career development.
