导弹测试中的通用火工品模拟盒设计

摘要 随着军工武器、航天事业的发展,单一产品上火工品的数量也在不断增加。因此,火工品及相应的供电通路与时序指令(脉冲时序)的可靠就显得非常重要。为确保触发控制信号时序的准确性、可靠性,系统研发测试阶段需要在尽可能模拟火工品负载的前提下,检测并记录触发控制信号时序,供设计人员检查判断。由于火工品较危险且价格昂贵,试验中需要设计模拟盒代替或保护火工品配合完成发控时序的测试,本文设计的火工品模拟盒可配合完成导弹功能检查、点火状态显示、故障模拟和时序切换控制的功能。 With the development of military weapons and space,the number of initiating explosive device on a single product is increasing.Therefore,the reliability of initiating explosive device,the corresponding power supply circuits and sequential instructions(pulse se-quence)is very important.In order to insure the veracity and the reliability of trigger signal,it is necessary to detect and record the trig-ger control signal timing for designers to check and judge under the premise of simulating the explosive load as much as possible during the system development and test phase.Because the initiating explosive device is dangerous and expensive,it is necessary to design a simulation box to replace or protect the initiating explosive device in order to complete the test of launch control sequence.The initiating explosive divice simulation box designed in this paper can cooperate with the function of missile function inspection,ignition state dis-play,fault simulation and sequence switching control.
