摘要
过补偿线路继电保护测试对于提高电力系统的安全性和可靠性具有重要的意义,能够为电力系统的设计、运行和维护提供科学的依据。本文介绍了保护过补偿线路及其相邻线路的差动和距离继电器试验。安装在400 kV串联补偿线路中间的变电站将使补偿增加到140%,过补偿线路附近的网状网络也有串联补偿线路。继电器测试包括过补偿线路和其他线路上的单相、两相和三相故障。使用实时数字模拟器(RTDS)测试了继电器的性能,以确认在受保护线路和其他线路发生故障时保护的正确操作,各种试验的综合试验结果表明了保护方案的性能优越性。
The testing of over compensation line relay protection is of great significance for improving the safety and reliability of power systems,and can provide scientific basis for the design,operation,and maintenance of power systems.This article introduces differential and distance relay tests for protecting overcompensation lines and their adjacent lines.The substation installed in the middle of the 400 kV series compensation line will increase the compensation to 140%,and there are also series compensation lines in the mesh network near the over compensation line.Relay testing includes single-phase,two-phase,and three-phase faults on overcompensation lines and other lines.The performance of the relay was tested using a real-time digital simulator(RTDS)to confirm the correct operation of the protection in the event of faults in the protected and other lines.The comprehensive test results of various tests showed the superiority of the protection scheme.
