摘要
人口老龄化催生了适老化家电产品需求,其中,洗衣机作为当代家庭生活中必不可少的高频次交互家电,具备极大的适老化设计潜力。然而,当前相关研究过分强调适老洗衣机功能性设计,对老年人的情感需求探索不够深入。基于以上问题,首先对老年人群进行以情绪为导向的深入分析,明确老年人的生理、心理特征和风险,洗衣行为过程中存在的痛点和情绪导向以及社会环境影响下的情感需求;其次,从本能、行为、反思三个层面建立适老洗衣机用户的情感需求模型;最后,将该模型转化为可实施的设计语言并进行案例开发,验证了研究的可实现性,为相关适老化设计与研究提供了理论与实践参考。
The aging of the population has spawned the demand for the aging appliances.Among them,the washing machine as an indispensable high-frequency interactive appliance set in contemporary family life has great aging design potential.However,the current related research emphasizes the functional design of the old laundry machine,and the emotional needs of the elderly are not deeply exposed.Based on the above problems,first of all,an emotional-oriented analysis of the elderly,clarifying the physiological,psychological characteristics and risks of the elderly,the pain points and emotional orientation of the laundry behavior,and the emotional needs under the influence of the social environment.Secondly,establish an emotional demand model for users of old washing machines from the three levels of instinct,behavior,and reflection.Finally,the model was converted into a implementable design language and developed case development,which verified the realization of research,and provided theoretical and practical reference for relevant aging design and research.
