摘要
地震及其次生地质灾害对生态环境造成巨大破坏,评价生态环境质量在地震前后变化是对地灾生态修复和寻找应对措施的重要基础工作.基于RS和GIS技术,获取四川省康定市2014年11月22日6.3级地震前后的遥感影像数据并基于主成分分析得到遥感生态指数.根据该指数,得出地震灾害对生态环境质量的影响以及动态变化趋势.结果表明:(1)从地震前后的四个指标变化来看,热度指标与干度指标有轻微变化;绿度指标下降13.64%;湿度指标提升48.39%.(2)从地震前后遥感生态指数变化来看,康定市地震前后生态环境质量以中等及以上为主,分别为86.01%、 75.5%,在地震前后有明显下降.研究结果为康定市地震后生态修复与重建工作提供一定的科学依据.
The earthquake and its secondary geological disasters have caused great damage to the ecological environment.Evaluating the change of the ecological environment quality before and after the earthquake is an important basic work for ecological restoration and its countermeasures.Based on RS and GIS technology,remote sensing image data of Kangding city,Sichuan Province before and after the M6.3 earthquake on November 22,2014 was obtained,and the remote sensing ecological index was obtained based on principal component analysis.Accord-ing to the index,the influence of earthquake disaster on ecological environment quality and its dynamic change trend could also be analyzed.The results showed that:(1)According to the changes of the four indexes before and after the earthquake,the heat index and the dry index had slight changes;Greenness index decreased by 13.64%;The humidity index increased by 48.39%.(2)From the perspective of changes of remote sensing ecological index before and after the earthquake,the ecological environment quality of Kangding City,86.01%and 75.5%respec-tively,only reached medium or above,which revealed a significant decline before and after the earthquake.The research results provided a scientific basis for the ecological restoration and reconstruction of Kangding city after the earthquake.
