奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑分别联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Omeprazole and Pantoprazole Combined with Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的:对比奥美拉唑与泮托拉唑分别联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法:选取本院2022年4月—2023年4月收治的74例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组(n=37)应用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组(n=37)应用泮托拉唑治疗。比较两组临床症状缓解时间、血清D-乳酸(DLC)、内毒素(BT)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、白介素17(IL-17)、胃黏膜释放内皮素-1(ET-1)与金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、总有效率。结果:观察组胃脘痛、纳差、反酸、畏寒喜温症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TIMP-1水平高于对照组,DLC、DAO、BT、ET-1、IL-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05)。结论:相较于奥美拉唑,泮托拉唑更能改善胃溃疡患者的胃黏膜屏障功能,缩短临床症状消失时间,有效调节血清指标,临床效果比较确切。

Objective:To compare the effect of omeprazole and pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:A total of 74 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=37)was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group(n=37)was treated with pantoprazole.The remission time of clinical symptoms,serum D-lactic acid(DLC),endotoxin(BT),diamine oxidase(DAO),interleukin-17(IL-17),gastric mucosal release of endothelin-1(ET-1)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1),and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of epigastric pain,anorexia,acid reflux,chills and warm symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of TIMP-1 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of DLC,DAO,BT,ET-1 and IL-17 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 75.68%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with omeprazole,pantoprazole can improve the gastric mucosal barrier function of patients with gastric ulcer,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,effectively regulate serum indicators,and the clinical effect is more accurate.
