不同根充糊剂根管充填对慢性牙髓炎患者治疗效果的影响

Effect of Root Canal Filling with Different Root Paste for Patients with Chronic Pulpitis

目的:探讨不同根充糊剂根管充填对慢性牙髓炎患者疗效的影响。方法:选取2019年8月—2022年12月本院口腔科收治的89例慢性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为奥硝唑组(45例)与对照组(44例)。对照组采用甲硝唑碘仿进行根充糊剂根管充填,奥硝唑组采用奥硝唑碘仿进行根充糊剂根管充填,比较两组治疗效果、牙龈指数、附着丧失指数、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]。结果:治疗1个月后,奥硝唑组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);奥硝唑组牙龈指数、附着丧失指数低于对照组(P<0.05);奥硝唑组IL-6、IL-8含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑碘仿根充糊剂根管充填在慢性牙髓炎患者中的治疗效果良好,可降低患者的牙龈指数、附着丧失指数,抑制炎症因子的表达,从而持续改善患者的预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of root canal filling with different root pastes on its efficacy in patients with chronic pulpitis.Methods:A total of 89 patients with chronic pulpitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from August 2019 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into oxonidazole group(45 patients)and control group(44 patients).The control group was treated with metronidazole iodoform for root canal filling paste,and the ornidazole group was treated with ornidazole iodoform for root canal filling paste.The therapeutic effect,gingival index,attachment loss index,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the ornidazole group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The gingival index and attachment loss index in the ornidazole group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the ornidazole group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ornidazole iodoform root canal filling paste has a good therapeutic effect in patients with chronic pulpitis,which can reduce the gingival index and attachment loss index,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,and continuously improve the prognosis.
