一清胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的效果及对咀嚼功能和炎性因子的影响

Effect of Yiqing Capsule Combined with Metronidazole in the Treatment of Chronic Periodontitis and its Impact on Chewing Function and Inflammatory Factors

目的:研究一清胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的效果及对咀嚼功能和炎性因子的影响。方法:选择2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的86例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用甲硝唑,观察组在对照组基础上联用一清胶囊。比较两组牙周指标[牙龈指数(GI)、牙齿松动度(MD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度(PD)和菌斑指数(PLI)]、咀嚼功能评分及炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果:两组治疗后GI、MD、SBI、PD和PLI低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后对食物的要求、咀嚼时的稳定度、消化情况、咀嚼食物的情况、进食情况和牙齿固定情况评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-1β、CRP、IL-6、sICAM-1和TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一清胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的效果良好,可有效改善牙周指标和咀嚼功能,减轻炎性反应,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the effect ofYiqing capsule combined with metronidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and its impact on chewing function and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 86 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with Yiqing capsule on the basis of the control group.The periodontal indexes[gingival index(GI),tooth mobility(MD),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),periodontal pocket depth(PD)and plaque index(PLI)],masticatory function score and inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,GI,MD,SBI,PD and PLI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of food requirements,chewing stability,digestion,chewing food,eating and tooth fixation in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-1β,CRP,IL-6,sICAM-1 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqing capsule combined with metronidazole is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,which can effectively improve periodontal index and masticatory function,reduce inflammatory reaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
