摘要
针对国内高速公路“只监不控”“监而不控”“监多控少”等现象,在借鉴欧美国家实践经验的基础上,在国内率先建立了基于数据驱动的高速公路主动交通管控体系架构,由感知设施、边缘云、管控及服务设施三部分构成;结合大数据、人工智能等现代信息技术的发展,提出基于数据驱动的新一代高速公路主动交通管控流程,与传统交通管控技术相比,将逐步实现从断面级交通管控向车道级管控的转变,从交通流管控向单车管控的转变;提出了典型的主动交通管控策略(车道级),国内部分试点项目效果表明:应用高速公路主动交通管控系统,在提升通行效率、减少安全事故以及提高服务品质等方面成效显著。基于数据驱动的高速公路主动交通管控体系将助力我国智慧高速公路的大发展,值得在国内全面推广应用。
In response to the phenomenon of"only monitoring but not controlling","monitoring but not controlling",and"monitoring more than controlling less"in domestic highways,based on the practical experience of European and American countries,this paper taken the lead in establishing a data-driven highway active traffic control system architecture in China,consisting of perception facilities,edge clouds,control and service facilities.In combination with the development of modern information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence,a new generation of expressway active traffic control process based on data drive is proposed.Compared with traditional traffic control technology,it will gradually realize the transformation from section level traffic control to lane level control,and from traffic flow control to single vehicle control.A typical active traffic control strategy(lane level)has been proposed,and some pilot projects in China have shown significant results in improving traffic efficiency,reducing safety accidents,and improving service quality by applying the highway active traffic control system.The data-driven active traffic control system for highways will contribute to the great development of smart highways in China and is worthy of comprehensive promotion and application in China..
