血浆样本在4℃环境下保存时间对PT、APTT、TT、FIB、DD结果的影响

摘要 目的探讨血浆样本在4℃环境下不同保存时间对凝血项目[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)和D-二聚体(DD)]结果的影响。方法收集苏州市立医院2023年9月—10月住院病人30例抗凝全血标本,采用仪器法检测凝血项目。标本采集后,立即离心分离血浆后检测PT、APTT、FIB、TT和DD,结果记录为初始值(Once),标本离心后分离的血浆,分别在4℃保存2、4、6 h后上机检测,记录结果并汇总统计分析。结果PT、TT在4℃下保存6 h,结果未出现显著变化。APTT在4℃下保存4 h,结果未出现显著变化;保存6 h后,结果有显著差异。FIB、DD 4℃下保存2 h后,结果出现显著差异。结论标本分离血浆后,PT、APTT、TT在4℃下可稳定4~6 h,而FIB、DD需在采集标本后及时检测,以保证结果的可靠及准确性。 Objective To investigate the effect of different storage time of plasma samples at 4℃on the results of coagulation items[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),thrombin time(TT)and D-dimer(DD)].Methods 30 anticoagulation whole blood samples from hospitalized patients in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from September to October 2023 were collected,and instrument method was used to detect the coagulation items.After specimen collection,plasma was immediately centrifuged and separated,and PT,APTT,FIB,TT and DD were detected.The results were recorded as initial values(Once).The plasma separated after centrifugation,was stored at 4℃for 2 h,4 h and 6 h respectively,and then detected on the machine.The results were recorded and summarized for statistical analysis.Results PT and TT were stored at 4℃for 6 h without significant change.APTT were stored at 4℃for 4 h without significant change.After 6 h of storage,the results were significantly different.After FIB and DD were stored at 4℃for 2 h,the results were significantly different.Conclusion After plasma seperation,PT,APTT and TT can be stable for 4-6 h at 4℃,while FIB and DD should be detected in time after specimen collection to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results.
