Practice and Reflection on the EPIP Teaching Mode of Luban Workshop in Pakistan Under the Background of "the Belt and Road"

“一带一路”背景下鲁班工坊采用的工程实践创新项目教学模式对巴基斯坦产业协同创新、“双师型”师资培养、“双证书”技能型人才培养起到了推动作用,但该模式在巴基斯坦的运用过程中存在过度依赖数字化教学、教学资源分配不均、缺乏与当地职业教育系统有机结合以及国际合作机制尚未形成等问题,这为我国职业教育在“一带一路”沿线其他国家开展国际化实践提供了宝贵经验。

The engineering practice innovation project teaching mode adopted by Luban Workshop in the context of the "the Belt and Road" has played a role in promoting Pakistan's industrial collaborative innovation,"double qualified" teacher training,and "double certificate" skilled personnel training.However,in the application of this mode in Pakistan,there are problems such as over reliance on digital teaching,uneven distribution of teaching resources,lack of organic integration with the local vocational education system,and the lack of an international cooperation mechanism,which provide valuable experience for China's vocational education to carry out international practice in other countries along the "the Belt and Road".
