低浓度瓦斯井筒加热智能远程监控技术研究

摘要 针对低浓度瓦斯井筒加热,设计一套瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热远程监控系统。首先,根据低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热系统的特点,设计系统的总体架构;其次,对井筒加热远程智能监控系统的硬件系统设计、组成和配置进行详细的阐述;再次,对该监控系统的软件系统总体要求进行分析并详细介绍软件系统的组态过程;最后,对系统应用功能和界面进行展示。通过该监控系统,可以实现远程查看现场工业电视监控画面,了解现场设备运行情况,保障系统安全可靠运行。 In this paper,a remote monitoring system of gas regenerative oxidation and heating system is designed.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the wellbore heating system of low concentration gas thermal storage oxidation,the overall structure of the system is discussed.Secondly,the hardware system design,composition and configuration of wellbore heating remote intelligent monitoring system are described in detail.Thirdly,the overall requirements of the software system of the monitoring system are analyzed and the configuration process of the software system is introduced in detail.Finally,the application function and interface of the system are demonstrated.Through the monitoring system,it can remote view of the field monitoring picture,understand the operation of the field equipment,and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
