数字经济与实体经济耦合协调发展及障碍度研究——基于黄河流域九省(区)面板数据

摘要 随着数字技术发展,数字经济与实体经济的协调发展在实现我国经济高质量发展的目标中发挥着重要作用。为分析黄河流域数字经济与实体经济协调发展的关系,并探究其阻碍因素,选取黄河流域2013-2022年九省(区)面板数据,通过熵权-TOPSIS法、修正后的耦合协调度模型与障碍度模型对数字经济和实体经济的发展水平、耦合协调状况和障碍因子进行测度分析,主要结论如下:九省(区)数字经济年际平均发展水平呈稳步上升态势,陕西省最值之间差距最大,内蒙古最值之间差距最小,下游发展水平显著高于上游和中游;实体经济整体发展的上升趋势明显,但是相较于数字经济还存在差距,下游省(区)在研究期内波动幅度最小;2013-2022年耦合协调度越来越高,并在2022年达到最大值,在空间上呈现下游>上游>中游的发展态势;障碍因子C22出现的频率最高,实体经济的因素层对耦合协调度的制约最大。因此,提出了促进数字经济与实体经济融合发展的对策建议。 With the increasing advancement of digital technology,the coordinated development of digital economy and real economy plays an increasingly important role in achieving the goal of high-quality economic development in China.In order to analyze the coordinated development relationship between digital economy and real economy in the Yellow River Basin and explore its hindrance factors,panel data of nine provinces(regions)in the Yellow River Basin from 2013 to 2022 were selected.Through entropy weight-TOPSIS method,the revised coupling coordination degree model and obstacle degree model,the development level,coupling coordination status and obstacle factors of digital economy and real economy are measured and analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:The average annual development level of digital economy in the nine provinces(autonomous regions)showed a steady rise.The gap between the maximum value of Shaanxi Province was the largest,and the gap between the maximum value of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was the smallest.The development level of the downstream was significantly higher than that of the upper and middle reaches;The overall development of the real economy has an obvious upward trend,but there is still a gap compared with the digital economy,and the downstream provinces(regions)have the smallest fluctuation during the study period;The coupling coordination degree becomes higher and higher from 2013 to 2022,and reaches the maximum in 2022,showing a spatial development trend of downstream>upstream>midstream;The frequency of obstacle factor C 22 is the highest,and the factor layer of the real economy has the greatest restriction on the coupling coordination degree.Based on this,suggestions and countermeasures to promote the integrated development of digital economy and real economy are put forward.
