某灌区续建配套与改造中信息化建设现状及需求分析

摘要 从灌区信息化建设的现状出发,对目前存在的问题、灌区建设的需求进行分析,提出了某灌区信息化建设的具体内容。目前,较为完善的灌区信息化建设主要包括立体感知、自动控制、智能应用、主动服务以及支撑保障等5大体系,通过5大体系建设,实现灌区水资源管理、取用水管理、运行管理、水利工程管理、防汛减灾管理、水生态水文化建设的智能化处理和人工辅助决策。 Starting from the current situation of information construction in irrigation areas,this paper analyzes the existing problems and the needs of irrigation area construction,and proposes the specific content of information construction in a certain irrigation area.At present,the relatively complete informationization construction of irrigation areas mainly includes five systems:three-dimensional perception,automatic control,intelligent application,active service,and support guarantee.Through the construction of five major systems,intelligent processing and artificial decision-making can be achieved for water resource management,water intake and use management,operation management,water conservancy engineering management,flood prevention and disaster reduction management,and water ecological and cultural construction in irrigation areas.
