车辆减速器系统仿真与性能试验分析

摘要 针对长大编组车辆驼峰溜放作业的连续多次作业需求,根据驼峰车辆减速器液压系统原理图,通过AMESim建立系统模型,进行仿真分析,获得液压缸在不同温度下制动缓解时的动态特性;制定试验方案,搭建减速器试验台进行性能试验,对三种温度下的试验数据进行分析。仿真和试验结果表明,此车辆减速器系统满足长大编组车辆驼峰溜放作业工况要求,且20℃环境温度下制动缓解时间分别缩短了56%和44%,为车辆减速器的液压系统设计提供案例参考。 In view of the continuous deceleration demand of hump rolling operation of long and large marshalling vehicles,this paper according to the hydraulic system schematic diagram of car retarder,the system model is established through AMESim for simulation analysis the simulation analysis is carried out,and the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic cylinder during braking release at different temperatures are obtained.Formulated the test scheme and built the retarder test-bed for performance test,analyzed the test data at three temperatures.The simulation and test results show that the retarder system meets the requirements of long and large marshalling vehicles hump slipping operation,and time of braking and release is reduced by 56%and 44%respectively at 20℃ambient temperature,and case references can be provided for the design of the car retarder.
