某航空机轮气门嘴慢漏气故障分析

摘要 某航空机轮外场出现慢漏气现象,故障定位于气门嘴组件处,该机轮配装的专用气门嘴组件来自航标气门嘴组件的结构改进。通过故障核实、分解检查和进一步分析,发现漏气是由于气门嘴帽与气门芯、出现干涉,导致气门芯的芯座密封被异常打开所致,气门嘴帽内未装橡胶垫片并非核心因素,主要症结在于气门芯安装后高出气门嘴体端面超量。采取适度增大气门嘴体内锥直径(改动量最小),将气门芯安装后的位置限制在不高于气门嘴体端面,消除了干涉隐患,相关改进措施也被推广到了航标气门嘴组件。 An airlines wheel has a slow steam phenomenon in the outfield,the fault is located at the valve nozzle component the special valve nozzle assembly equipped with the aircraft wheel from the structural improvement of the beacon valve nozzle assembly.Through fault verification decomposition inspection and further analysis,it is found that the gas leakage is due to the valve nozzle cap and valve core interference,resulting in the valve core seat seal is abnormally opened the valve nozzle cap is not installed in the rubber gasket is not the core factor,the main problem lies in the valve core after installation of the valve body end face excess.A dopt the smallest change to moderately in crease the diameter of the cone in the valve nozzle body,limit the position of the valve core after installation to no higher than the end face of the valve nozzle body,eliminate the hidden danger of interference.After solving the slow leakage problem of the special valve nozzle assembly,the relevant improvement measures have also been extended to the beacon valve nozzle assembly.
