艾考恩丙替片对初治HIV感染者的疗效及肝肾功能的影响研究

A Study on the Therapeutic Eff ect and Liver and Kidney Function of Acorn Propensil Tablets in Newly Treated HIV Infected Patients

探究艾考恩丙替片对初治人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者的疗效及肝肾功能的影响.选择2021年3月-2021年12月广西来宾市人民医院收治的80例初治HIV感染者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,TD-F+3TC+EFV抗病毒治疗)和观察组(n=40,艾考恩丙替片抗病毒治疗).对比两组患者治疗干预效果.结果显示,观察组在采用艾考恩丙替片进行抗病毒治疗后,其血清学指标及尿常规变化,免疫学、病毒学指标、不良反应、依从性及生活质量改善情况等指标均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究发现,在初治HIV感染者治疗过程中,应用艾考恩丙替片抗病毒效果较好,可促进患者的免疫功能恢复,且肝肾功能安全性良好,但血脂、尿酸指标会有一定升高.

Exploring the therapeutic effect and impact on liver and kidney function of Acorn Propensil Tablets in newly treated patients with human immunodefi ciency virus(HIV)infection.Eighty newly diagnosed HIV infected individuals admitted to the People’s Hospital of Laibin from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=40,TDF+3TC+EFV antiviral treatment)and an observation group(n=40,Acorn propionate antiviral treatment)using a random number table method.Compare the therapeutic intervention eff ects between two groups of patients.The results showed that the observation group showed better changes in serum and urine routine,immunological and virological indicators,adverse reactions,compliance,and improvement in quality of life compared to the control group after receiving antiviral treatment with Acorn propionate tablets.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that in the treatment process of newly diagnosed HIV infected individuals,the use of Acorn Propensil Tablets has a better antiviral effect,can promote the recovery of patients’immune function,and has good safety in liver and kidney function.However,there will be a certain increase in blood lipid and uric acid indicators.
