基于互联网的脑卒中患者康复护理模式研究与实践

Practice and Exploration of Internet based Rehabilitation Nursing Model for Stroke Patients

探究基于互联网的康复护理模式对脑卒中患者的护理效果.选取2021年3月-2023年3月南京医科大学附属脑科医院收治的90例脑卒中患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例.观察组患者接受基于互联网的康复护理干预,对照组患者接受常规康复护理干预.比较两组患者的锻炼依从性、运动功能、心理状态、日常生活活动能力以及生活质量变化情况.结果显示,观察组患者出院3个月后与出院6个月后的康复锻炼依从性、运动功能、日常生活活动能力与生活质量评分均高于对照组,出院6个月后的SAS评分与SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,基于互联网的康复护理模式对脑卒中患者的护理效果明显,可有效提升患者的康复锻炼依从性,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,增强患者运动功能与日常生活活动能力,改善患者生活质量.

To explore the nursing effect of Internet based rehabilitation nursing model on stroke patients.Ninety stroke patients admitted to the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the Internet,while patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention.Compare the exercise compliance,motor function,psychological state,daily living activity ability,and changes in quality of life between two groups of patients.The results showed that the rehabilitation exercise compliance,motor function,daily living activity ability,and quality of life scores of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group 3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge.The SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group after 6 months of discharge(P<0.05).The study found that the Internet based rehabilitation nursing model has obvious nursing effect on stroke patients,which can effectively improve patients’compliance with rehabilitation exercise,alleviate patients’anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,enhance patients’motor function and activities of daily living ability,and improve patients’quality of life.
