CT及MRI诊断腰椎间盘突出的效果观察

摘要 分析CT及MRI诊断腰椎间盘突出的效果,比较两种医学影像技术对腰椎间盘突出的诊断特异度、敏感度.选取2021年5月-2023年3月吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的136例腰椎间盘突出患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受CT诊断和MRI诊断,对比两种不同诊断方法的作用效果,计算诊断效能并进行分析.结果显示,CT诊断技术在椎间盘钙化、椎间盘积气、脊髓变性等征象上检出率更高,而MRI诊断技术在椎间盘变性、硬膜囊受压以及神经根受压等征象上检出率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).将手术病理结果作为"金标准",MRI诊断技术的诊断有效性显著高于CT诊断技术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).MRI诊断技术的准确率、特异度、敏感度均高于CT诊断技术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究发现,CT诊断技术与MRI诊断技术在腰椎间盘突出的诊断中均有一定作用,两种医学影像技术在不同征象的诊断上各有优势,但MRI诊断技术的准确率、特异度、敏感度较CT诊断技术更有优势,临床诊断效果更理想,可为医生提供更为准确的判断依据,值得推广. Analyze the effectiveness of CT and MRI in diagnosing lumbar disc herniation,and compare the diagnostic specifi city and sensitivity of the two medical imaging techniques for lumbar disc herniation.136 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from May 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent CT and MRI diagnosis,and the effectiveness of the two different diagnostic methods was compared.The diagnostic efficacy was calculated and analyzed.The results showed that CT diagnostic technology had a higher detection rate in signs such as intervertebral disc calcifi cation,intervertebral disc gas accumulation,and spinal cord degeneration,while MRI diagnostic technology had a higher detection rate in signs such as intervertebral disc degeneration,dural sac compression,and nerve root compression,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Using surgical pathological results as the“gold standard”,the diagnostic eff ectiveness of MRI diagnostic technology is signifi cantly higher than that of CT diagnostic technology,and the diff erence is statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The accuracy,specifi city,and sensitivity of MRI diagnostic technology are higher than those of CT diagnostic technology,and the diff erence is statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Research has found that both CT diagnostic technology and MRI diagnostic technology play a certain role in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.The two medical imaging technologies have their own advantages in diagnosing different signs,but MRI diagnostic technology has more advantages in accuracy,specifi city,and sensitivity compared to CT diagnostic technology,and the clinical diagnostic effect is more ideal.It can provide doctors with more accurate judgment basis and is worth promoting.
