负压封闭引流术(VSD)对四肢软组织严重创伤患者的治疗效果研究

The Therapeutic Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage(VSD)on Patients with Severe Soft Tissue Trauma in the Limbs

分析对四肢软组织严重创伤患者开展负压封闭引流术(vacuum sealing drainge,VSD)治疗的效果.选取2022年1月-2022年12月临沂市第三人民医院急诊外科收治的60例四肢软组织严重创伤患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各30例.对照组实施常规清创引流治疗,观察组实施VSD治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果显示,观察组换药次数、创面愈合时间、住院时间等指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(16.67%)(P<0.05).研究发现,对四肢软组织严重创伤患者开展VSD治疗的效果显著,可以有效改善患者病情,降低患者并发症发生率,帮助患者缓解疼痛,控制患者体内炎症水平,有助于缩短患者康复周期,达到预期的康复目标,值得临床推广.

Analyze the effectiveness of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)treatment for patients with severe soft tissue trauma in the limbs.Sixty patients with severe soft tissue injuries in the limbs admitted to the Emergency Department of Linyi Third People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine debridement and drainage treatment,while the observation group received VSD treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the observation group had better indicators such as dressing change frequency,wound healing time,and hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).Research has found that conducting VSD treatment for patients with severe soft tissue trauma in the limbs has a signifi cant eff ect,which can effectively improve their condition,reduce the incidence of complications,help alleviate pain,control the level of inflammation in the patient’s body,shorten the patient’s rehabilitation cycle,and achieve the expected rehabilitation goals.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
