硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性加重期的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Terbutaline Sulfate Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

探讨硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者急性加重期的疗效和安全性.选取盘州新兴医院2021年1月-2022年12月收治的110例COPD急性加重期患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为研究组和对照组.对照组患者接受常规治疗方案治疗,研究组患者接受硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果显示,研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者FEV1、FVC和FEV1/FVC指标水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)水平高于对照组,PaCO_(2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者各项炎症细胞因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德治疗COPD急性加重期患者的疗效显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状和肺功能,且安全性良好,值得在COPD急性加重期患者中推广应用,可为患者提供更多的治疗选择.

Exploring the efficacy and safety of terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).110 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to Panzhou Emerging Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received treatment with terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the total eff ective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC indicators in the study group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SaO2 and PaO2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of PaCO_(2) were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of various infl ammatory cytokines in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of terbutaline sulfate and budesonide has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.It can significantly improve clinical symptoms and lung function,and has good safety.It is worth promoting and applying in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,providing more treatment options for patients.
