Explore the effect of infrared therapy on acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.48 children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Zunyi from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The children were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group received sequential antibiotic therapy, while the observation group received infrared radiation therapy on the basis of the control group. The treatment eff ects of the two groups of children were compared. The results showed that after 3 days and 7 days of treatment, the longitudinal and transverse diameters of lymph nodes in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the WBC,NEUT,and PCT indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, all immune function indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that when treating children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis, infrared therapy combined with sequential antibiotic therapy has a good therapeutic eff ect.It can not only improve the clinical indicators of children, but also optimize their blood routine and immune index data.
