情境模拟教学法在骨科护理教学中的应用效果观察

摘要 究骨科护理教学中情境模拟教学法的应用价值.以2022年9月-2023年9月50名骨科实习生作为研究对象,利用电脑法将其分为常态组、情境组两组,每组各25名.常态组行常规教学法,情境组行情境模拟教学法,评估两组的教学质量,记录考核成绩,比较个人技能水平,统计满意率.结果显示,情境组教学质量高于常态组(P<0.05);带教前各组实习生骨科护理理论及实践考核成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05),带教后情境组实习生骨科护理理论及实践考核成绩均高于常态组(P<0.05);情境组实习生个人技能水平高于常态组(P<0.05);情境组教学满意率为96.00%,常态组教学满意率为72.00%,情境组高于常态组(P<0.05).研究发现,情境模拟教学法可提高教学质量,提升实习生的个人技能水平,其教学优势得到各实习生的高度认可. Exploring the application value of situational simulation teaching method in orthopedic nursing teaching.Fifty orthopedic interns from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups using computer method:the normal group and the situational group,with 25 students in each group.The normal group adopts the conventional teaching method,while the situational group adopts the situational simulation teaching method to evaluate the teaching quality of the two groups,record assessment scores,compare personal skill levels,and calculate satisfaction rates.The results showed that the teaching quality of the situational group was higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05);Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in the theoretical and practical assessment scores of orthopedic nursing among the interns in each group(P>0.05).After teaching,the situational group of interns had higher theoretical and practical assessment scores in orthopedic nursing than the normal group(P<0.05);The individual skill level of the situational group interns was higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the situational group was 96.00%,while the satisfaction rate of the normal group was 72.00%.The situational group was higher than the normal group(P<0.05).Research has found that situational simulation teaching method can improve teaching quality and enhance the personal skill level of interns,and its teaching advantages are highly recognized by all interns.
