摘要
探究案例情景模拟教学法在急诊科护理带教中的应用效果.选取2021年1月-2022年1月广东医科大学附属第二医院急诊科60例实习护士作为研究对象,采用计算机随机分组将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组30例.对照组实施传统教学,观察组实施案例情景模拟教学,课程教学结束后,比较两组实习护士的理论知识成绩、实践能力成绩、综合素养能力以及对教学方式的满意度.结果显示,教学结束后,观察组实习护士的理论知识成绩、实践能力成绩、综合素养能力均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习护士对教学方式的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,将案例情景模拟教学法应用于急诊科护理带教,能够有效提高急诊科实习护士的学习成绩和实践能力,提高其综合素养,进而有效提升实习护士对教学方式的满意度,应用价值高.
Exploring the application effect of case scenario simulation teaching method in emergency nursing teaching.Sixty intern nurses from the Emergency Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using computer randomization,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented traditional teaching,while the observation group implemented case scenario simulation teaching.After the course teaching was completed,the theoretical knowledge scores,practical ability scores,comprehensive literacy abilities,and satisfaction with teaching methods of the two groups of intern nurses were compared.The results showed that after the teaching was completed,the theoretical knowledge,practical ability,and comprehensive literacy abilities of the observation group’s intern nurses were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group’s intern nurses with the teaching method was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that applying case scenario simulation teaching method to emergency department nursing teaching can effectively improve the learning performance and practical ability of emergency department intern nurses,enhance their comprehensive literacy,and thereby effectively enhance their satisfaction with teaching methods,with high application value.
