新型腹膜透析引流液记录秤研究

摘要 研制一种新型持续不卧床腹膜透析(continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis,CAPD)引流液袋称重专用秤,该装置集称重、语音播报、数据共享、智能预警于一体,可以解决患者的称重难、读数难、分析难、记录难、共享难等问题.该装置包括秤盘及秤体两部分,秤盘采用PVC材质(聚氯乙烯),秤体表面以ABS材质覆盖,秤盘及秤体底部有TPE材质的防滑装置.秤体前面设有防水功能按键,右侧方设有便携式铝合金材质合页拉环,左侧方设有USB充电接口和电量提示灯、后面设有扬声器和音量调节旋钮.电子秤的内部构造核心在于STC51单片机和蓝牙/LPWAN模块.采用STC51单片机和蓝牙/LPWAN模块,可实现称重、语音播报、数据共享、智能预警功能,解决患者实际应用的问题.该装置能够精确称重并通过语音播报数值,同时上传共享数据,对数据进行分析,智能预警,使患者更准确、方便地获取、记录引流液信息,可改善患者预后,值得临床推广. A new type of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)drainage bladder weighing scale was developed,which integrates weighing,voice broadcasting,data sharing,and intelligent early warning,which can solve the problems of difficult weighing,reading,analysis,recording,and sharing of patients.The device includes two parts,the weighing pan and the weighing body,the weighing pan is made of PVC material(polyvinyl chloride),the surface of the weighing pan is covered with ABS material,and the bottom of the weighing pan and the weighing body are equipped with anti-slip devices made of TPE material.The front of the scale body is equipped with a waterproof function button,the right side is equipped with a portable alu-minum alloy hinge tab,the left side is equipped with a USB charging port and a power indicator light,and the back is equipped with a speaker and volume adjustment knob.The core of the internal structure of the electronic scale is the STC51 microcontroller and Bluetooth/LPWAN module.Using STC51 microcontroller and Bluetooth/LPWAN module,it can realize weighing,voice broadcasting,data sharing,and intelligent early warning functions,and solve the problem of practical application of the patient.The device can accurately weigh and broadcast the value by voice,upload and share data at the same time,analyze the data,and give intelligent early warning,so that patients can obtain and record drainagefluid information more accurately and conveniently,which can improve the prognosis of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
