膝关节单髁置换术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果研究

A Study on the Eff ect of Unicondylar Knee Replacement in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

分析膝关节单髁置换术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果.选取2022年4月-2023年4月医院收治的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例.对照组患者接受常规治疗,试验组患者接受膝关节单髁置换术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果显示,治疗后,试验组患者KSS评分高于对照组、ROM范围大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究发现,膝关节单髁置换术是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效选择,可以减轻患者的疼痛感,提高患者的生活质量.

Analyze the clinical effect of knee single condyle replacement surgery for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Selecting 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 as the research subjects,the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group of patients received routine treatment,while the experimental group of patients received knee single condyle replacement surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the KSS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the ROM range was larger than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores of the experimental group patients were higher than those of the control group,and the VAS scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that knee single condyle replacement surgery is an effective choice for treating knee osteoarthritis,which can reduce patient pain and improve their quality of life.
