低体温预防在经尿道前列腺气化电切术护理中的应用效果研究

研究低体温预防在经尿道前列腺气化电切术护理中的应用效果.选取2020年1月-2020年12月北流市人民医院收治的120例行经尿道前列腺气化电切术的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例.对照组患者接受常规经尿道前列腺气化电切术护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上接受低体温预防护理,比较两组患者护理效果.结果显示,麻醉前、麻醉后10 min,两组患者体温对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);麻醉后30 min,研究组患者体温高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组麻醉苏醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后,研究组患者IPSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,术中低体温预防护理有助于维持接受尿道前列腺气化电切术患者的术中体温,缩短其术后麻醉复苏时间,优化其前列腺功能,降低其术后不良反应发生率.

Study the application effect of hypothermia prevention in nursing care of transurethral vaporization and electrocautery of the prostate.120 patients who underwent transurethral vaporization and resection of the prostate treated at Beiliu People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group patients received routine transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)nursing care,while the study group patients received hypothermia prevention nursing care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in body temperature between the two groups of patients before and 10 minutes after anesthesia(P>0.05);30 minutes after anesthesia,the body temperature of the study group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The anesthesia recovery time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);After surgery,the IPSS score of the study group patients was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that preventive care for intraoperative hypothermia can help maintain the intraoperative body temperature of patients undergoing urethral prostatectomy,shorten their postoperative anesthesia recovery time,optimize their prostate function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
