开颅手术与微创引流术治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的临床效果对比研究

Comparison of Clinical Effects between Craniotomy and Minimally Invasive Drainage in the Treatment of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

分析比较开颅手术与微创引流术治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿的临床效果.选取黔西市人民医院2021年1月-2023年6月收治的51例慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组(n=23)采用开颅手术治疗,观察组(n=28)采用微创引流术治疗,对比两组脑出血患者治疗前后血肿大小、生活质量评分、日常生活能力评分改善情况、平均住院时间和并发症发生率.结果显示,治疗前,两组患者的血肿大小、生活质量评分、日常生活能力评分组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者以上指标均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组生活质量评分、日常生活能力评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,开颅手术治疗与微创引流术治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿均可获得良好的血肿清除效果,而微创引流术并发症发生率更低,可以缩短患者的恢复时间.

Analyze the clinical effects of craniotomy and minimally invasive drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.51 patients with chronic subdural hematoma admitted to Qianxi People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group(n=23)received craniotomy surgery,while the observation group(n=28)received minimally invasive drainage surgery.The hematoma size,quality of life score,daily living ability score improvement,average hospital stay,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients with cerebral hemorrhage before and after treatment.The results showed that before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of hematoma size,quality of life score,and daily living ability score(P>0.05);After treatment,both groups of patients showed significant improvement in the above indicators(P<0.05),and the improvement in quality of life score and daily living ability score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The average hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that both craniotomy surgery and minimally invasive drainage can achieve good hematoma clearance in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma,while minimally invasive drainage has a lower incidence of complications and can shorten the recovery time of patients.
